Job Description & Requirements
- Drivers License Preferred
- A successful candidate will be a self motivated individual with the ability to follow directions, learn quickly and improve daily with the goal of developing the skills to continue their career path to a Roofer and Foreman.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift and carry items weighing 50 lbs regularly
- Essential Functions May Include
- Keeping work areas clean
- Maintaining tools and equipment during daily operations
- Unloading materials and tools as directed
- Assist in mobilization of new job sites to include deliveries, stocking, safety equipment erection and initial clean up
- Daily material staging
- Assist in tear off and debris removal
- Deck surface preparation
- Daily material transport on jobsite
- Assist in roof installation as needed and directed
- Assist in performance of emergency leak repairs
- Working outside in hot and cold conditions
- Working at heights
- Ability and Willingness to follow all jobsite rules and safety regulations.
- Drug Free workplace
- Clean background as position is dependent on ability to obtain a pass for a Federal Military Installation.
